With Baile Funk, dancing comes naturally. Born in the streets of Rio de Janeiro, this Brazilian music style has conquered dance floors worldwide. With Maloca Street Funk, we’re bringing the sound straight to Berlin.

On board: DJ Maloca, DJ JC, DJ k’boko, DJ Ro, DJ Pitota, DJ Pilovis, and MC Gringo do Forró.

On September 20, starting at 3:00 PM, they’ll take over Europacity Vibes with beats, rhythm, and open-air summer energy. Expect dancing, celebration, and pure enjoyment. Food trucks and our bar will keep you fueled with tasty bites and refreshing drinks – and best of all, admission is free.

Five musicians, five languages, and one concert at Europacity Vibes: Currao brings ska, pop, and reggae in five different languages to the stage. Led by Tom Baumann, the band is perfectly in sync. Joining them are brass, vocals, piano, guitar, drums and percussion, accordion, background vocals, kazoo, and bass.

On Friday, September 26, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Currao will fill Europaplatz with their unique sound. Admission is free – come by and share your Europacity Vibes moment with us on Instagram.

Instruments lighting up in sync with the beat and covers ranging from Dua Lipa to Depeche Mode to A-ha: Nerds on Fire are truly on fire. Since 2018, they’ve been turning well-known pop hits into rock versions with powerful electric guitars and catchy electronic elements. They’ve been playing in their current lineup since 2022, and since this year, their guitar and bass light up in perfect time with the beat – making every riff not only audible, but also visible.

Their setlist blends current chart-toppers with timeless classics everyone can sing along to. The result is a live sound that quickly gets the audience from listening to dancing. On Saturday, September 6, Nerds on Fire will perform from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. at Europaplatz as part of Europacity Vibes. Admission is free – so come by and join the party.
