Fête de la Musique is the world’s biggest music celebration – and this year, Europacity Vibes is joining in for the first time.
On Friday, June 21, from 12:00 to 10:00 PM, DJs and bands will play live and open-air on Europaplatz. No tickets, no barriers – just great vibes and live music.

While all of Berlin turns into one big soundscape, Europaplatz invites you to stay a while: cold drinks at the bar, smoothies and matcha at the kiosk, an Aperol in the sun, and street food from around the world.

On Sunday, Europaplatz belongs to the little ones – and to everyone who loves to marvel, paint, glue, and transform. For Children’s Day on June 1, Europacity Vibes and LÜCKE invite you to a colorful afternoon from 2:00 to 5:00 PM, where kids can get their faces painted, do crafts, try new things, and just be kids.

While the children create, parents and caregivers can enjoy the relaxed atmosphere, music, and wide range of food options – from Persian street food at Shiraz to dumplings at Momo Haus and sweet poffertjes at Undercover Food. At the kiosk, you’ll find crêpes, smoothies, and cold drinks.

Admission is free. Just drop by, join in, and celebrate Children’s Day together.

Sometimes, theatre doesn’t need a curtain. When the Märchenhütte Berlin performs at Europaplatz on Friday, May 29, starting at 3:00 PM, it’s not the set design that takes center stage, but what happens between the actors and the audience.

The ensemble behind the Monbijou shows relies on improvised dialogue, spontaneous twists, and a direct connection with the crowd.

Instead of quiet spectators, everyone is invited to laugh, marvel, listen, and react together. Fairy tales meet current events, classics take surprising detours – always with a wink, always a bit like a circus.

Admission is free. Come by, grab a seat, and experience theatre – outdoors and right in the middle of it all.

On Monday, June 2, from 3:00 to 6:00 PM, Europacity Vibes supports an initiative by Lily Braun High School in Berlin and their partner school from Siegen-Wittgenstein.

Guided by experienced coaches, young participants can experiment with sound and color in DJ and graffiti workshops, exchange ideas, and discover what creative collaboration really means. Whether you’re at the turntables or the wall – everyone is welcome to join in.

Need a break in between? Our food trucks offer a variety of street food. Crêpes, iced matcha, and smoothies are available at the kiosk.

Admission is free. Just drop by, watch, or get involved.
